water wash


the washing after mercerizing is to remove the residual alkali from mercerizing, make the fabric neutral, and ensure the luster of the fabric.   when neutralizing with acetic acid, pay attention to the ph value of the working fluid in the cylinder between 6 and 7. at the end of water washing, pay attention to the ph value of the working fluid in the tank between 7 and 7.5 to keep the color as stable and consistent as possible. especially in the mass production of multi-cylinders, if customers have high requirements for soaping fastness and perspiration fastness, they can consider using formaldehyde-free fixing agent to fix brown cotton. the subsequent drying is still carried out on the vertical cylindrical dryer for relaxation drying, but before the water drying after the mechanical centrifugal removal, an overfeeding wet expansion is carried out on the expansion machine. the purpose is to make the fabric stretch in the transverse direction, thereby producing some shrinkage in the longitudinal direction, so as to eliminate as much as possible the longitudinal stretch caused by the rope processing of the previous multiple processes, which helps to reduce the final shrinkage rate of the fabric.


shape


the main purpose of shaping processing is to make the fabric have a certain width and weight, better shrinkage, fabric style and feel. in addition, anti-bacterial and anti-shrinkage finishing can also be carried out at the same time to increase the added value of the product. it is more suitable to use hot-air stenter setting machine, and the finishing liquid before setting is rolled. the shaping process is shown in table 4.


in order to ensure that the antibacterial properties of the fabric have better durability, consider adding an appropriate amount of acrylic glue to the rolling solution. the dosage is generally 5-7g/l, and it should not be too high. a high dosage will affect the feel of the fabric. if customers have higher requirements for light fastness, they can also consider anti-ultraviolet finishing to improve their light fastness. after setting, in order to further reduce the shrinkage rate of the fabric, a knitting preshrinking machine can be used for mechanical preshrinking. finished by drying drum blanket.
